Not really. The Title is best used as the listing address e.g.

12 Smith Street, Somewhere UK 12345

this is then your listing permalink where firstly the address is better than the title for SEO and often agents change the “Heading” frequently during a listing campaign causing permalink issues and if on day one its

“Great new listing by the beach” has a permalink of “great-new-listing-by-the-beach”

later gets changed to “price-reduced-by-the-beach” then again to “must-sell-house-by-the-beach”

makes it very difficult to share via email with a constantly changing title.

So the address is the best title and is only used to generate the permalink.

That is why the Heading field exists.

I agree about the permalinks, it should be the address. But if the Title field should be the address then why is there an address field? A google map could be generated from the Title field.

Due to searching, importing and XML feeds is why the address is separate. We considered automatically generating the title from the address but that can cause issues with WordPress due to autosaving where the permalink would be a id.
