    Hi Kuhashmi,

    Hmm, try this:

To Turn Off the PayPal Encrypted Website Payments Feature

    – Log in to your PayPal account.
    – Click Profile.
    – From the Selling Preferences column, click Website Payment Preferences.
    – In the Encrypted Website Payments section, select Off.
    – Click Save.

    Does that fix it?

    Thanks,
    Scott

    Hi kuhashmi,

In the free version if you set the price to 0 it will allow the customer to enter their own value, but only once they get to PayPal

With the pro version they can enter their price on your website before going to PayPal.

If you have any other questions or issues just let me know.

    Thanks,
    Scott

    Hi kuhashmi,

    Yes, that is correct.

PayPal has a single transaction limit of 10,000 USD.

If you have any other questions or issues just let me know.

    Thanks,

    (@kuhashmi)

I mean we have client who will pay us more then $10000 in that case what will this work for me?

    Hi kuhashmi,

According to this article it appears that 10,000 USD is the limit for a single transaction: https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/helpcenter/helphub/article/?articleID=FAQ2356&m=SRE

So this means you can either make multiple transactions in 10k dollar increments or if you contact PayPal they can probably lift the limit for you: https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/home

Sorry about that. If you have any other questions or issues just let me know.

    Thanks,
    Scott
