Jetpack cdn.api.twitter.com and debug problems

I’m having the “Waiting for cdn.api.twitter.com…” problem across multiple WordPress websites running Jetpack with Sharing feature.
i.e. Any page with the Twitter sharing button included in Sharing will not fully load, just shows message “Waiting for cdn.api.twitter.com…”
This happens in Chrome and Firefox, but NOT in IE/Edge.
Only noticed this today, nothing has changed on websites, no adblockers in browser etc.
The only workaround seems to be to remove the Twitter button from Sharing.
PLUS:
When I try to run Jetpack Debug I get a message “It looks like your site cannot connect properly with Jetpack” on all sites and browsers.
Using latest Jetpack Version 3.7.2.
