Feature request – predefined row styles – width in pixel – add CSS classes

I’m building a new site, and what I need is :
1) Define default or one/many predefined row style with presets for columns number and columns width.
2) Disable the resize/edit of columns in backend or live editor, so the predefined values cannot be disrupt by erroneous mouse drag or add/delete columns.
3) Generate in row’s user class names individual column class like userclassname1 userclassname2 .. userclassnameN
4) Can I define column width exactly in pixels ?
This way I can define a set of styles, the ability to add rows, but lock out errors in set columns number and width.
Do exist such a features in page builder ?
The best will be a page in settings where create predefined row styles and an option to lock successive editing.
