Auto download of a file when trying to visit web site

I am in the process of moving 7 web sites from one server to another. 3 of these sites are WP sites. I have been able to migrate 2 of them with no problem but the 3rd one keeps downloading a file when I try to access the site. The file is a .php file and is not very large but I do not think you would want me to paste it here. It appears to be the first file WP accesses as the text says all it does is tell WP to load the wp_blog_header.php which tells it to load the theme.

Either way I can’t get passed the downloading of this file.
