Hi Valdimir,

I paid you for the premium version and emailed you yesterday to ask for help/advice as the plugin isn’t working correctly.

I set the no follow/ open links in external window, but it didn’t work.

The plugin also reported the links it was creating, but when I checked the pages/posts, there wasn’t any links on the pages, even though the plugin reported there were links.

I deactivated the plugin for now, but would like to get it working again, as it was a lot of money for a WordPress plugin.

Hopefully you will be able to advise, thanks.

No support is done in www.ads-software.com for PREMIUM plugins, it is against the rules.

Yes, but if the Plugin developer isn’t replying to direct emails then perhaps he would read this and respond. Unfortunately he hasn’t. Waste of time and money. Zero support.

Yes but YOU posting all these, creates a wrong idea for people, thinking the free plugin as premium.

This is the free plugin area and as such there are no promises.

There are no promises with the paid plugin either, but it gives people a good idea that if there’s zero support with an expensive premium plugin, what kind of support do they expect with the free version.

Would be better if the plugin author came on and helped/explained……no response on here OR via email, kind of says it all really.

Also Massimo, I tried the free version again and it doesn’t work properly.
