Questions about the posts

Hi:

I set up my blog page (which is called “PUBLICACIONES” in my website: https://www.bjfort.com) and now it has the blog page layout I wanted and that’s perfect. But, when I click on “read more” (on the post that’s showing), it opens up the post and somehow it doesn’t have the “blog page layout”. It has a different layout. How can I fix this?

My second question is: how do I enable comments in my posts? I tried activating the option in appearance > customize > post & page > posts setting but it doesn’t work. How can I fix this?
