Migrating from Sub-domain to Main Site

  • I have just finished building a site for a client in a sub-domain, website.com/uk/ they have now said they no longer need it to be in the sub-domain /uk/ and would like it to be on the main site.
    I know that it is possible to move the files but I was wondering what the best way to do this is?
