Preserve Edits button unavailable, all edits being lost on feed items

I am a hub level user and I have had an issue since last Thursday and no response from support or on time.ly forums.

Most of my hub user colleagues have a check box for ‘preserve edits’ on items coming in via a feed; I do not and am unable to retain any changes I make to the individual events. Given that they come in with no location set, wrong times, and scanty description this is a time-intensive task.

Can someone please help me?
