Users photo profile

Hello,

I’m using Ultimate Member for a while now and users need to add their own photo for their profile. I can add photo for their profile too, for each user, I can go in Users in WordPress and add a photo for each user. But it does not work because we must to add our own photo for our own profile ourself. I do not let users to add their own photos, because they do not need have to. Only authors need to have photos and i’d like to do this myself. Is there any plugin or any settings which could consider photos that I had add for each users in Users in wordpress and not Ultimate Member? Actually, only Ultimate Member’s are taken.
