How do I enable a different header image to each page. 2011 Theme

Yes! There is a very easy way to do this built into the theme itself. Simply select the header image you want as the featured image on the edit page. That’s how simple it is ??

Hi Touchcoding, I am grateful for your reply but do not have the option to just select a header image.
I have tried everything. Maybe I am missing something.
Can you please via idiots guide talk me through please?
The only option I have is static or random.
I have even added wp headers as a plug in but that is useless as well.

I think you are overthinking this:

Just edit the post or page and click on “set featured image”, like in the image below: https://postimg.org/image/6xx99ab7x/

Thanks for your help, it is much appreciated.
Touchcoding, I was overcomplicating things, I had tried everything but never saw the featured Image button bottom right of the Screen.
I have now managed to Change page 3 of my Website, worked nice and easy. Unfortunately page 2 maintains the front page Image. I have checked all aspects of both pages and there is no raeson why it won’t update? Am I doing anything stupid again?

What size is your header image on page 2? Maybe it’s too small. Try to make it the same size as the sample images provided by the theme.

I have tried all different sizes, have tried main header image etc etc.
Page 2 automatically becomes the same image as main page.
I tried changing all page settings to make a difference but all that done was delete 2 of our audio files (without warning or explanation)
The only visible difference between page 2 and 3 is that on page 3 you have a dropdown that shows default template. Page 2 doesn’t offer this.
I hope you can help as we have put off our website release for well over a month because of this ####

I have tried changing Images to 1000 * 288.
But I can only select 461* 288.in scale Image.

Page att, featured Images,Revisions selected in Settings.
Parent Homepage. Page Order 2.

It shouldn’t be this difficult to just add an Image!
My Partner is absolutely furious that I am still faffing around on such a small aspect.

I have created a new page with a default setting.
Have added a image and reinserted the music.

I looked at you site and none of the pages seems to have any of the standard images. which page is wrong?

The image needs to be bigger then 461. I think every header image needs to be 1000px.

No need to apologise, I am grateful for your help. If you hadn’t got in touch I would have probably given up. I have just created a new page with default settings and it works. I just need to tidy some stuff up and ee are good to go.
