User Registration by Admin on Frontend

  • Hi Evryone,

    I’m kinda new to worpress so I need your help.
    I am building a intranet website for a store. This site will be used by the workers there. But the workers may not be able to make a account. But the Manager (Administartor) must be able to create new users. But my question is. How can I let the Manager add users but on the Frontend and not on WordPress Dashboard (Users -> Add New User) in other words How can I let the manager see a page with a registration form?
