Prevents page from scrolling

I have this on my homepage, and can’t scroll on a touch device.
When you view in mobile the 3D slideshow is removed, and you can scroll fine. But on tablets the 3D scroll is preventing the site from scrolling. I’ve tried playing around with z-index, but nothing seems to work so far.Why is this?
