are these comments spam?

Hey everyone,
from past three-four days(when my blog was started) I am receiving comments which are not relevant to what my post and blog is about?
+ Out of some other posts I am receiving comments on only one post i.e How to Choose a Good Topic for your blog link is [Link redacted]
I have not approved most of the comments yet!I am not able to decide whether they are spam or not?
Some of the comments are:

1. Excellent posts from you, man. I’ve understand your stuff and you are just too fantastic.
