PRO and 'Custom Form 7' Integration

Is it possible to use the custom form 7 shortcode to display an ‘e-mail update type’ form on the maintenance page?
I don’t want to use Campaign Monitor or Mail Chimp, but am just looking for clients to submit a form with their e-mail in to a business e-mail address.
