Plugin Shuts Down my Entire Site

Both me and my web design company have been in contact with you several times by email but don’t seem to be getting anywhere. It’s now been almost 2 weeks and no fix has still been made. I paid for your pro version, paid the web developers to install and now I can’t even use it… (complete waste of money) All they did was install it and have made no other changes, yet one day it started giving errors and blocked everyone off the site. We shut it down and then a couple days later relaunched it and the same thing started happening again.
Please get in contact with me or my web design company to resolve this issue. They even said they would give you access to the site so you can see what’s going on yourself and that they made no changes that would have affected it. We haven’t heard anything back since then…
