Displaying grouped products in cart

Having a bit of an issue with the following:
I have products (bottles of wine) that can be sold individually(in cases of 6), or in a mixed case. I have set up a mixed case grouped product and assigned the individual wine bottles to it. The set up works like this, however I need to distinguish on the cart and order review between bottles bought in a mixed case and bottles bought individually, which woocommerce doesn’t do. It just lists the items as individuals regardless of whether they were added as an individual item, or part of a group.
Is there any way to achieve this?
