I assume you mean if you search for test, you just want ‘test’ not ‘testing’ ?
Currently no way to limit search like that – that may also be counter intuitive to users wrt how search works in other situations.
Also search will search all the fields in your list.

If people want exact selection like you described and have a reasonably short set of values, they use the dropdown filtering.
