Browser is downloading the index.php file instead of opening the site

I have read all the old posts about this but nothing mentioned there works for me and all of them are closed to new comment/replies.

I have a working WP site but when I tried to migrate it to a new server it started downloading the index.php file instead of opening the site.

I have moved the files manually and using Installtron and the results are exactly the same.

Any help will be appreciated as it is our church web site. The working site is at https://bethelcares.com The new installation is at new.bethelcares.com
