Cannot upload media (by author)

Hi. What error are you getting?

That is the error message

I’ve just started getting this error as well… All my users (except admins) can’t upload a featured image. When they click on the button to upload a featured image, nothing happens at all!

Would appreciate a quick response please.

@justinf Your issue sounds different to me. To me it sounds like there are javascript errors on the page.

@khadreal Are you sure the user has upload capability? If not then you should try using a role and capability management plugin to give users this ability.
