Fatal Error (E_ERROR): Call to undefined function get_plugin_data()

I have been using managewp for quite a while but recently I’m getting the above named error when trying to sync dashboard on almost all of my websites, practically rendering managewp useless, at least for the moment.

Are there any ways around this?
