Product page hold variable and only run when successfully

i have Field likeusername :
email :
phone :
url :
themes : (drop down)
[Submit Button]and if user press on submit it goes to call the script to process some function and store to mysql.
i would like to integrate with woocommerce so customer can choose to pay first and enter this information but not to execute until payment are successfully. how am i able do that? thanks in advanced. appreciated.
