• I’d love to be able to take posts out of my blog and stick them in an email for those users of mine that prefer reading in email than on my site (don’t ask me why).
Something like when maybe there are 5 posts it bundles them up and emails them to a list.
    Any thoughts?
It doesn’t sound too difficult but not being much a programmer myself it is.

  • Have you checked into bloglet.com? It pulls down your RSS feed every night and sends it to anyone who is subscribed. If a person subscribes to more than one blog with Bloglet, it combines their subscriptions into one email. I make good use of it.

Ok, but bloglet doesn’t seem to be WordPress friendly. The whole web seems to have MT envy. As far as I’m concerned, MT is dying a slow but steady death. Let’s move on…
Ok, so in any case what do we fill-in for the settings on bloglet for WordPress?
    For example:
    1. weblog id
    2. server
    3. weblog type

Nobody seems to know! I’m having these problems too! HELP!!!

    hi

i’m currently using Brian’s email nonotifier, and while it is good, i would prefer to be able to generate a say daily or weekly update email rather than one-per-post. Anyone got any ideas?

    thanks

I prefer to use third party sites to send out my email digests. The one that I’d suggest would be https://www.bloglines.com . It has had no trouble with WordPress Blogs.
