Link to Captcha image is broken

Using version 1.0.31 of the free plugin. Everything was working until this morning, when I discovered that the Captcha image was broken. Page is here:

A look at the code in Firebug shows this:

The problem seems to be the image source URL — it’s calling the URL twice. If I’m in Firebug and I change the source link URL to https://seewellomaha.com/, the image appears.
I checked the PHP for the recaptcha and couldn’t find the code. (Sorry, I’m not much of a programmer.) Can you please tell me how to fix this?
We are launching the website today. I will take the Captcha off for the launch if I need to. But I’d really like to have it.
