transferring followers and subscribers from suspended wordpress.com site

Can I use Jetpack to transfer my subscribers, etc from my suspended blog coldfeetstudio.wordpress.com to my new blog at coldfeetstudioblog.com?

I can’t seem to get any response from wordpress about why I’ve been suspended and as a consequence cannot access my old dashboard.

Any advise would be appreciated as I would like to keep my subscribers and followers if possible.

I’m also a bit ticked that I can’t seem to transfer my images across. I’ve got the content which is great, but just cannot get access to my media library.
