Custom Button which emulates Insert / Edit Link modal

Hi there. I am trying to create a button which clones or extends the functionality of the stock Insert/Edit Link button with some minor tweaks and overrides (like classes and link text replacement).

Is that something that I can do with this plugin? I’ve played with the custom button form, but there’s no obvious way to access dynamic content like lists of pages and posts.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
