Can't upload template

  • I have the wordpress software installed through my web hosting portal in GoDaddy. When I log in, it says “we cannot find this page”. There is some kind of disconnect between WordPress and GoDaddy. It seems like they aren’t recognizing that my domain is hosted and mapped, because I’m not able to upload my custom theme in my WP Admin section. The mapping is working, though, because when I go to my domain, it is linking to my WordPress site.

    I’ve tried everything and have been researching for several days but can’t seem to figure out what’s wrong. Help!
