Covert Pin Press theme Header Question

I am trying to delete my nav bar to open space for my ads and push my video carousel down…I may be explaining this wrong check out my site https://www.funnyvideosandquotes.com/ and see the little grayish nav bar i shrunk the height on…I want to make that space hold my ads and take the video carousel down a little….can anyone help?
