Social Menu Disappears

    I am using Harmonic theme, and the SOCIAL MENU disappears when I resize the window, and also when I view it on a mobile…

    Is there a way to keep it there always?

    I’m using a Child Theme, and also can edit in CSS…

    Any suggestions would be much appreciated!!! Thanks!!!
