    Dear nicban,

Please provide us link to your slider. We will see what is causing the stated behavior. Thank you.

    Dear nicban,

We have tested it on iPad and displayed fine. The only issue is the slower load of the slider. You might try including smaller image for the slider. Thank you.

Did you happen to test in mobile? What I don’t understand is why it was working just fine in both in the iPhone and iPad until I did the last update? Is there any explaination for that? There had to be something in the last update that caused it to ” load slower” , because it was fine before. I need the slider full width. Unfortunately, if I can’t get this resolved I will need to look for another slider.

    Dear nicban,

We have tested it on mobile devices as well. The slider loads slower, you can turn on the lazy load from Settings menu so that it will be faster, but in any case the slider does display fine with mobile devices. Thank you.

I do have the Smart Load feature turned on. Not sure what the issue is, thank you for your help though
