default-filters.php fatal error during install

  • Hello, i have installed wordpress 2.3.1 in 3 different hosting accounts on my vps with no problems. But im having problems with one account. I upload everything, and when i try to began the setup installation i got this error:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_filter() in /home/dominioc/public_html/blog/wp-includes/default-filters.php on line 8

    I will appreciate any help.
