activity still visible in profile activity

Hi,

The plugin is working well in activity stream, it’s hiding the activity.
The problem when someone mention another user and change the privacy to mentioned only, another user who comment in that activity still showing the comment activity in the another user profile activity.

Can it also hide the comments in the profile activity, not only the parent activity?
