Hi, I can’t see my 11th post on my homepage. It has already been published but why is it not appearing on my homepage?

  • Hi Yvonne,

Most blogs with WordPress display 10 posts per page, I think it’s the issue.

If you theme has no button to change page, you have this issue.

    Hi Yvonne,

As Digico mentioned, WordPress will only display 10 posts at a time on the blog. You can change this via the Reading Settings menu (Settings > Reading).

To view older posts, you can click on the “pagination” links at the bottom which will take you to the older posts.

    Ty Ben,

You can also put a plugin to display a “change button” (pagination plugin) on bottom of main page. On default, it will display a kinda “previous/next” link.

Thanks Ben and Digico. I can see my 11th post now and I can click on the ‘next’ text below to go to the next page.

No problem, don’t hesitate to post here if anything else comes up.
