Logging admin activities, e.g. deleting users

Is there a way to log admin activity, such as modifying user settings or deleting users? Or tell when a user was deleted and by who? I was able to access my cPanel last week but had to reach out to my hosting company yesterday as my credentials weren’t working. When I got back in, 2/3 of the user accounts were gone, including my previous account. I don’t know if the remaining user deleted the other 2 and the hosting company indicated that this would be a WordPress support question.

Our WP site was completely revamped last week, involving a migration and update of everything, so not sure if that played a role or cPanel was hacked. Haven’t noticed anything else untoward yet. Thanks.
