Related products still showing and on product description tab

Hi there,

I have several products set up as simple products with no linked products, no attributes, and no tags. Previously some of these products did have linked products, but not now.

1) On the lower part of the product description tab there is a small heading “Related” with 3 products showing horizontally and “Similar post” below each product.

Where exactly is this controlled from?
Can this section be removed?

2) Previously linked products are still showing in the normal “Related Products” section below the product description tab.

Can these be stopped from showing without actually removing the related products section?
