• Installed polylang 1.7.11, Lingotek 1.1.5
Set to automatically upload posts and download machine translations, everything goes smoothly when manually publishing a post.
but when publishing a new post by email using jetpack, the newly created post sits untranslated.
is there a way to set Lingotek plugin to be aware of these or is it incompatible?
alternatively Is there any way to automatically check if there are any previously published untranslated posts and translate those?

Thank you for letting us know about post by email using Jetpack. I will investigate further on why Posts aren’t being translated automatically and if possible fix this issue to provide compatibility. As far as automatically checking if there are previously published untranslated Posts we currently have not developed this functionality. If Posts are set to Automatically download though you can just upload all of the untranslated Posts and everything will be taken care of after that.

    Thanks for the fast response,

    Testing around :

1 – using delay function of jetpack post by email does not help.
The newly created post stays as delayed for the set duration and then becomes published without triggering automatic lingotek upload.
2 – using auto post scheduler plugin to automatically flip “pending review” posts to “published” status does not trigger automatic lingotek upload either.
