Custom Fields Are Missing

I used to have a custom field in my pages that allowed me to put in extra information. Now that custom field still exists, but some parts of the field are gone. I tried going into screen options up top and unchecking then rechecking my custom field. Any ideas on how I can get this back or re-add it?
