Change Post Status Only after payment

Hi
i am using a custom form to allow a user to submit a post from frontend and when he submits the post/content it is set as draft. Then I direct him to membership levels page where he choses a level and makes payment. What i want is that when he submits payment the post he submitted automatically gets published.
