  • Hi,

Generally speaking if you buy a theme, the theme author will provide support. Have a look on the site you bought the theme.

    Thanks

Hello thanks for the answer. Unfortunately i have written them but they are taking too much time to answer, and i should solve this problem more quickly

Cause it seems a cache problem about a missing file but i’m groping in the dark about how solve it

As the error indicates…a script is trying to parse those files but they do not exist.

Either they are actually missing or the path to them is wrong.

Search for those files to see if you can locate them in another directory

    Thanks for the answer
I have checked right now the files: “style.less.cache” and “bootstrap.less.cache” and they are exactly at those paths but the error still persist.
Is it possible that it doesn’t detect the files also if they are in the right path ?

It is not a problem of saving, cause it saves the modification but the frame of my page doesn’t load the cache correctly, so all the settings are messing up when i see the page.

Furthermore only when i’am in the page of the “theme options” and i click “save”, this error occurs, while when i save from other pages it works fine.
But it doesn’t happen always, sometimes also when i save from “theme options” page, it works…it’s frustrating

It’s probably unavailable at a specific time that Less is compiled. Have you considered using to a theme on www.ads-software.com? We support those: https://www.ads-software.com/themes/

Wait maybe i have found the problem, in this path there is one more passage:
    /web/htdocs/www.casadicacciapepe.com/home/test/wp-content/themes/theme51348/style.less.cache

–> The folder “home” doesn’t exist any more
Now i have to find out how to tell wordpress to skip that folder

Ok I will look at those themes, thanks Andrew

So you mean that is itpossible that the cache file has been made to not being available all the times ?

Yes especially when compiling Less or Scss

A ok, i didn’t know it and i don’t even know the reason why doing it eheh

But Before jumping in that possibility, i would like to find a way to tell wordpress to skip the extra folder, cause maybe it’s only that the problem
