Check Box Crashes when check

  • Hi,..it’s great but I do not know when it started that currently a checkbox can’t be checked(?!).
    If you want to perform a check box to be checked the whole box vanishes/dissapears from screen (all mayor web browsers incl mobile).

    I rolled bak to previous versions up till 4.2 to see if this would change the bug behaviour but no luck so far..

    I changed the checkbox options to dropdown menu options as work around..

    Any other quick solutions?!

  • Please include a link to your Contact Form 7 form. If others here are able to understand your actual problem, they may be able and willing to offer a possible solution.

    Hi, I would if I could. Unfortunately that’s impossible under current circumstances. It’s not the ultimate best solution but we have changed/modufied all forms excluding the checkbox.

    I thougth it had to do with Flash/HTML5.. but guess if we are the only one experiencing this than it’s pretty isolated.
