Multi-Language Blog

I installed a theme that claims to be “translation ready”, and I was sure to use one that had a right-side widget panel.

But I don’t see anything having to do with languages, anywhere.

I want to do something like this: https://www.hctmg.org

A widget has language selection,
and “pages” can be available in multiple languages. Posts might be in a specific language or have multiple versions as well.

A parallel-translation view of paragraphs that have translations would also be an acceptable approach.

This is a “post” but concerns an upcoming event, and will be written and maintained in a more formal way than a simple blog entry.
