How to pull main website posts to subsites?

Would like to have a newly posted blog post on the main website populate a subsite with that post. As I understand a blog post can’t be pushed from the main website to the subsite. So is there a plugin that would retrieve this post from the main website and download it into the subsite? Right now someone is having to log into each subsite and create a new blog post for each one.
