First, let me say thank you for your really neat plugin. This is pretty cool.

To my question, then. I just installed and am testing it out for my needs. Do you know of any reason that there would be a practical limit to the number of steps? As in, I’m wondering if you know of any reason that the framework would tend to fail or become too slow or whatever if it reached, say, 500 or 1,000 steps?

  • John – we’ve tested with 100s of steps, so it should work. That said, the admin GUI doesn’t scale well with more then a couple dozen.

As well – we’re sorry to report that Decision Tree is no longer maintained. While you’re free to continue to use it, we’re no longer releasing any more versions of it. We’ll be updating the plugin page here and on our sidecar.tv site to reflect this status soon.
