  • Some variation data not saving can be a symptom of “PHP Max Input Vars” being set too low. What value do you have? You can find out at Admin page > WooCommerce > System Status. If its the default 1000, consider changing it to say 3000. You can do this in php.ini or .htaccess or ask your host’s techs to do it for you.

    OK.

Make sure SKU values are unique.

I see that your markup for the variations form is different to mine, so it looks like you have a plugin which is working on variations.

I would try deactivating any variations plugins, such as Woo Themes Product Add-ons, and re-test to be able to rule it out as the cause of this problem.

If the problem continues, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and if that fixes the problem, reactivate one-by-one to try to identify the one causing the problem.

If you reduce your system to just the default theme and WooCommerce and you still have this problem, you probably need to export your data and start again with fresh downloads and a fresh database, then import your saved data.
