Help-Fatal Error-Site Gone

    I am not sure what I did..
    but now my site is gone..
    of course the posts are still in manage…
    but the site can not be seen..
    it now says this on the page..

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_header() in /home/.phibsie/mhalp56134/mywildcrazyspace.com/index.php on line 1

    I change the themes and still the same poroblem no matter what..
    What can I do to fix it..
