  • Hi @imventory. Upon checking, your site says “Error establishing a database connection”. I must assume you are trying to sort things out on your website.

There’s not much we can do here now but you can these troubleshooting guidelines. You will need access to your FTP or hosting cpanel to do this.

    1. Check your .htaccess rules. Set your .htaccess to the default you see at https://codex.www.ads-software.com/htaccess.

    2. Check your wp-config.php. https://wpsites.net/wordpress/wp-config-php-sample-file/. See if there’s any other code added before the /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */. Comment it with a // or /* */. Save the file. Reminder: DO NOT post your wp-config.php values here in the forums.

    4. In your WordPress dashboard, go to Settings >> Permalinks. Set to default. Run through the checkout process again.

    3. Try to disable all plugins and activating just Woocommerce. Run through the checkout process again.

    4. Try to enable another theme such as Twenty Fifteen. Run through the checkout process again.

Let us know how this goes and if it still redirects to a wrong url after checkout.
