Gave my site a blank white page after update

When this one updated 3 days ago, it gave my site a blank white page. I had to go into my server files and manually uninstall it. Problem is, it WORKED before the update! Now, I’m getting dozens of spam registrations an hour. Removing it the hard way from my server wasn’t the issue, the update forced that, but now its removal is like a flood gate’s been opened and I haven’t found an effective replacement! PLEASE!!! Please, fix it ASAP!!
