    Hello,

    I’ve been using your plugin and payment transfers are processed correctly through braintree account.
    The only issue is that after a payment, it shows an error on the top of the website, saying that it misses a function and the line interested is the number 358.

    Unfortunately I can’t write you the exact message because I refreshed the page and there’s no way to test payments neither over your plugin nor over braintree website.

    Is there a way to solve it? I can give you even the access to the Control Panel.

    Hello @andrea87n,

    Sorry for late replay. Unfortunately, We were not able to reproduce that case as you have mentioned above. Can you please send us your log file which should be in wp-content/uploads/wc-logs folder? Or Alternatively you can regenerate it using a sandbox so we can sort it out if there is any issue.

    The log file is huge, I can’t copy everything here.
    I got the errors with the first 2 payments but they are not shown in the file anymore because too old (23th October). I don’t know if the other transactions had the same problem as I can’t make any test. I think the problem still persists because I haven’t made any fix or changement on the website.

    Is there any other way to solve that? I can also give you data access.

    No worries, Please send us your log file at [email protected]. we will look at it asap and then if we need any access to reproduce the case we will contact you.

    Meantime would you please try to generate that case in Testmode of your Braintree account if it generates the same ?

    Thanks for send log file, we have got the log file in email we will check it and let you know for the same.

    Regarding testmode you will need a sandbox account of Braintre then you can have your test mode Merchant Id, public key, private key and cse key.
    Enter those value in Woo Braintree Payment Gateway settings page then you can test .

    We have seen your log file and in that we found authorization issue code 2038 This generic response indicates that the customer’s bank is unwilling to accept the transaction. The reasons vary; the customer will need to contact their bank for more details.

    You can see more about the declines at here.

    So please check for the same ?? Currently we are making this ticket resolved but please feel free if any issue comes do not hesitate to contact us.
