Divi theme – content box hovering over page builder?

There is a page content box hovering over the page builder and blocking the design elements in the page builder…see attached screenshot. How do I remove this? I’m used Divi on multiple websites and have never had this issue. I’m using the Divi Page Builder Plugin and have uninstalled/deleted/reinstalled the plugin yet the problem still occurs.

Please help ASAP.
