Share Buttons not of post and pages displaid

Hi,
it is a very good plugin, but with my theme it will not display the share-buttons in the bottom of post and pages. They will be post only on the sidebar!

On iPhone I have to test it with the Google+ share-button and the Google+ App installed. If I share with the Google+ share-button on iPhone: The share-button opens the website from Google with login not the Google+ App.
